Photography & Cinematography Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit 50% is required to secure the date.
• Balance must be paid on or before the shoot day (before delivery of photos/videos).

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the shoot result in loss of deposit.
• Rescheduling is allowed once subject to availability.

3. Deliverables

• Clients will receive 5 edited pictures per outfit.
• Videos delivered in 4K resolution.
• Delivery time: 24/48 hours after final payment and picture selection.
• Raw/unedited photos and footage are not included unless agreed in advance (with additional cost).

4. Creative Direction & Pre-Planning

• Pre-shoot planning (mood board, outfits, location scouting) is mandatory to ensure smooth workflow.
• Photographer/Cinematographer has creative discretion in editing style, color grading, and final look.
• Requests for re-editing beyond agreed style will incur extra charges.

5. Client Responsibility

• Client must arrive on time and prepared (outfits, makeup, props, etc.).
• Late arrival reduces shoot time but does not reduce fee and comes with an extra fee of £25 per every 30 mins wasted.
• Extra outfits, locations, or extended hours beyond agreement will incur additional charges.

6. Usage Rights & Copyright

• Photographer/Cinematographer retains full copyright of all images and videos.
• Client who requests a license for commercial use (ads, billboards, resale, etc.) requires separate licensing fee.
• Credit (tagging/mentioning) must be given when posting on social platforms.

7. Delivery & Archiving

• Final deliverables will be shared via (Documents/WeTransfer).

8. Liability & Safety

• Photographer is not liable for delays caused by weather, location restrictions, or third-party vendors.
• Client is responsible for securing permits if shooting in restricted locations.
• Photographer will not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage during the shoot.

9. Confidentiality & Model Release

• Client agrees that images/videos may be used for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• For private shoots (no portfolio use), a buyout fee applies.

10. Miscellaneous

• Travel/transport/accommodation fees may apply for shoots outside my city.
